Our areas of work is labour rights at the intersection between employment law, immigration law and human rights law. Migration laws/ policies and labour laws conflict with one another to create and exacerbate vulnerability to labour exploitation. As a migrants, refugees and asylum seekers-led organisation, our mission is to educate educate and inform our community in these areas of law in a safe community so that the most vulnerable can identify the signs of labour exploitation where they work.
