We will support all applicants in gaining skills that will support them in long term employability. Training will be provided including any relevant online courses to help develop the skills of the candidate. This will include on the job skills and training that could be transferable across sectors. These positions may result in a person gaining long term employment within the organisation, but they may also provide the skills and knowledge to gain opportunities elsewhere.
