Experts by Experience Employment Network

Experts by Experience Employment network is a voluntary initiative to promote equitable recruitment of experts by experience in the UK migration and refugee charitable sector. We aim to create a network of organisations, staff, volunteers and EbEs (refugees and migrants) who work together to create pathways to lived experience leadership. The network will provide practical support to EBE's job applications and create insight into ensuring lived experience leadership through equitable employment
