An independent, refugee-led charity in West London that aims to empower refugees and enable them to rebuild decent, equal, lives as valued and valuable citizens. We get refugees’ voices heard to influence policy and practice, especially in West London.

We support displaced young people (16-25) resettling in Surrey through a diverse provision of activities aimed to combat social isolation, respond to specific difficulties of forced dislocation, and create opportunities in further education, training and employment.

Our service supports people to get work ready, provide recent and relevant work experience and support people through work experience, training or volunteering.

The SHM Foundation works globally to bring about positive social change through projects in learning, citizenship, health and the arts. The Foundation aims to provide communities and individuals with the practical tools they need to develop innovative solutions.
