Casual Despatch Operative

To assist with the seasonal dispatching  of customers goods. To be aware of your own responsibilities for Health & Safety and to ensure that you and others follow the Company Health & Safety Policy at all times.

• To pick customer orders checking that all orders are picked correctly by product code.
• To ensure customers picked palletised orders are both securely and safely presented for onward transport.
• To follow all company polies.
• The competent use of any machinery you have been trained to use.

Casual Packing Operative

To assist with the seasonal packing programmes. To be aware of your own responsibilities for Health & Safety and to ensure that you and others follow the Company Health & Safety Policy at all times.

• To assist in packing flower bulbs into gift lines, pre packs or hand counting as you have been trained.
• To follow all company polies.
• The competent use of any machinery you have been trained to use.

If you are a certificated forklift driver:

• Responsible for checking forklifts and recording this information on a daily basis.
• To undertake any general duties as and when required.
