We are looking for a Trade Marketing Executive to join our London team! This is an exciting role and brilliant learning opportunity for someone who will lead key projects within on-premise, be the go-to for our key partners within this channel and lead our ambitious can in-hand product trial activations. Supported by a creative team to develop relationships with our key partner venues in priority cities, lead on specific projects, and support the long-term vision for bringing the brand to life for our consumers at multiple touchpoints. As part of the marketing team, you will report to the Trade Marketing Manager for the UK and Ireland, working closely with the on-trade commercial team.

What You Will Do
  • Leading best in category execution within our lighthouse On-Premise accounts in key cities
  • Build and Implement an On-Premise Marketing calendar of activities for venues with consumer experience at the heart
  • Become the go-to contact for key customers in reference to marketing activations and initiatives
  • Review, assess, and develop a category-leading POS catalogue that is bespoke to the brand and drives visibility in industry and in venue
  • Lead relationships with all on-premise POS agencies to drive the best prices, processes, and availability to the business
  • Own the case study process for all activations and initiatives
  • Execution of a strategic product trial strategy across the on-premise
  • Supporting the marketing team to develop concepts and ideas for how we execute at festivals and events
  • Lead a bar tender advocacy program with key customers and venues to support staff reward, engagement, and education
  • Working with the Irish distributor to ensure execution in the Irish on-premise is consistent
What You'll Bring
  • 3-5 years of demonstrated ability in the drinks industry or other FMCG
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience within marketing functions (On-Premise preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Passion for carrying out brands and driving consumer experience
