M & JC – Chefs and Kitchen Porters

M & JC are recruiting Second and Third Chefs and Kitchen Porters for Hong Kong City Chinese Restaurant, based in Stranraer, Scotland. A job description can be viewed here.

• Level of English required: Basic
• All positions may not require experience as we can provide training
• Working Days five days a week, Wednesday – Sunday, 12 noon – 9pm
• Second Chef – daily preparation and Cooking
• Third Chef – daily preparation and works on the deep-frying department.
• Kitchen Porter – daily cleaning and help with preparation
• English language lessons can be provided
