Job overview:

To ensure that all types of customer query are dealt with effectively and efficiently
through provision of excellent customer service at all times.

Managing Relationships

  • Level of English required: Working proficiency, due to the nature of the role candidates must be able to speak, understand and have good written English skills to allow them to communicate with customers & team members, provide support and log the content of customer contacts.
  • We are open 24/7 so hours can be compressed, part time or full time, flexible working is available and working from home can be considered on an individual basis.
